“Scriptural Text: Acts 10:19-20(NKJV)
“While peter thought on the vision, the spirit said unto him, Behold three men seek thee. Arise therefore, and get thee down, and go with them, doubting nothing: for I have sent them.”
Sometimes, the reason we do not receive from God, or enter the harvest He sets before us, is that we hold certain mindsets or notions that are untrue. Such perspectives may have been formed over time through our interaction with our environment and the people in our lives, yet hindering us from yielding to the will of God for our lives.
For instance, just as our opening text shows us, it took the voice of God’s Spirit to make Peter put off his pre-conceived notion about the Gentiles, so that he may yield to God’s plan regarding their salvation. For some of us, it may be the way we see others, or a particular way of thinking that stops us from fully yielding to God’s will.
However, as we study the Word, the Spirit of God will begin to point such areas to us, confirming through visions at other times, and nudging us to yield to God’s mind about the subject, so we can align our thoughts and action to God’s purpose.
Therefore, it is important that you do not just study the Word for the sake of it, but to carefully listen as God’s Spirit shows you what you must do, and especially areas that you must allow the Word to supersede your own thinking, so that God’s will may come into full manifestation in your life.

Absolutely true
The Word of God is the measurement for guaging our paradigms, actions and words. It is the fundamental and S.I unit of all goodness, uprightness and judgement. This we have to accept whether it is pleasing to our feelings or not and work it out accordingly.
God made us. He only can teach us what is right and true!! His judgement is locked within His Word. So to stay away from His Word is to stay away from His judgements and that is unprofitable for us.
To renew your mind is to allow GOD’s Word to enlighten the dark areas of your life where you are not acting in line with GOD’s Will and Purposes. Thank You LORD for Your Word 🙌🙌 thank you my Prophet for this devotional.
Renewing our minds involves constant submission to God’s Word and allowing it to shape our thoughts, decisions, and actions.
Lagos
By renewing our minds, we allow God’s Word to take precedence over our own thinking, we create space for His will to fully manifest in our life.

… A preconceived mindset is like a mould into which a cast is poured in. Once it is set, it’s difficult to change. This is one reason why some certain people are difficult to access through your opinions or they find it so hard to accept a truth or reality but thank God that the word of God is the antidote because it is sharper than any two edged sword, seperating the bone from the marrow, discerning the intents of the heart, it pierces beyond any kind of mould, breaking barriers until it gets into the spirit of the person, recreating and changing the paradigm causing a mindshift.. there lies our mind renewal…..the word…
Glory to God!!!!
It means no one is without hope once the word is in motion working in and through us.
So true
Yes without a doubt

Renewing our minds requires careful study of the word combined with active listening to the Holy Spirit.

The human nature often inclines to follow their own desires and lean on their own understanding. Today’s devotional teaches us that we need to surrender our will to His, and allow His word transform us through the help of the HolyGhost

My God!! Sometimes, the reason we do not receive from God, or enter the harvest He sets before us, is that we hold certain mindsets or notions that are untrue. Lord rid me of every wrong mindset

We may not exactly plan to have negative mindsets but as humans these wrong perspectives may have been formed over time through our interaction with our environment and the people in our lives, yet hindering us from yielding to the will of God for our lives. So we must be careful to examine our thoughts and mindset and see if they align with Gods word and plan for us
Lagos Nigeria
As we behold the Word, we are changed from glory to glory.
Change begins from deliberately schooling under the Word, meditating deeply on it.
As we study the Word, the Spirit of God will begin to point areas that need change to us, confirming through visions at other times, and nudging us to yield to God’s mind about the subject, so we can align our thoughts and action completely to God’s purpose.
Lagos Nigeria
We cannot erase these negative mindsets by ourselves, first we must identify that we have a problem, then we proceed to ask the holyspirit to help our weaknesses in the place of prayer and then as we study the Bible we will also see scriptures that will help us overcome these mindsets and bring our thoughts in total obedience to Christ

As Christians we cannot live in the light and still have the mentality of darkness . It cannot work! We need to adapt to our new citizenship by fellowshipping with the word of God, God, the Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Let every man be lie and God be true. The only thing we should bear in our mind, is what God says!
Hallelujah!!

We must bear in mind that the word of God is the standard of our lives , so every thought, every action and inaction should be tried by the word of God. If these activities do not align with Gods word and plans then we must be humble to hear Gods spirit correct us and trust him to help us overcome them.
Lagos Nigeria
Aligning your heart to receiving from God is important but your mind set can limit you on the measures of expectations.
Hence set your mind to the consciousness of what God has exceedingly and abundantly for us
A proud man cannot take corrections, he believes that things should go his way at all times and his mindset is correct, based on what he may have experienced in life. But remember the Bible says God gives grace to the humble while he resists the proud. So we must humble ourselves before God as his spirit convicts us and corrects us, thereby leading to manifestation in our lives

Well said
God’s emphasis to us through our Father His Prophet in this season is transformation and transformation happens except by the word of God. Our result is certain when we align, Glory to God.

If we must enter into the harvest God has purposed for us, we must get rid of negative mindsets and perspectives and must align our lives, thoughts and actions to God purpose

Thank you sir that daily I will declare “I have a spirit of POWER, LOVE, and a SOUND MIND”, thus speaking Life into my life. The mind is the battle ground, God’s power is made perfect in my weakness, His love abounds, and that mind in Christ created in me, therefore I can BOLDLY say I have a sound mind
By tapping into the scripture, I hear from God and reflect on stuff contradictory to His will. A new mindset filled with word of faith will I have and repentance from traditions hitherto being held on to is acheived.
Making declarations by faith, for God’s will to come into full manifestation in my life becomes perspective for me to see my life’s situation turn around for God’s glory.

Mind blowing devotion I’m glad to be part of it
, thank you so much sir
Alignment starts in the mind, aligning to God’s will require breaking strongholds of the mind that are limiting us.
Lekki, Lagos
Renewing the mind requires deep meditation in the word of God. Like I found out recently that a Christian is suppose to be full of Joy at all times, no matter the situation. Yes I know before but it dawned on me recently.
Wisdom
We retain certain mindsets or conceptions that are false, and this can sometimes be the reason we do not receive from God or join the harvest He places before us. These viewpoints may have developed through time as a result of our interactions with the people and surroundings in our life, yet they prevent us from submitting to God’s will for our lives.

Let’s not be deceived: “Bad company corrupts good habits.” (I Corinthians 15:33) Characters, morals, or manners are habits that determine or influence the value of who we spend our time with.
Bad company, those that do not seek God in all their ways, who mock God, scoff at His Word and works, and talk foolishly about others, situations, and life, this is evil. We should not be deceived. when we are surrounded by these things, or misled.
For deception not to set in, we should be sober minded. We should not waste time in taking counsel from bad company to avoid being corrupted because people will show a willingness to act dishonestly and ungodly. Bad company becomes our go-to, our morals, habits, character AND manners will be affected, we will become the bad com

Thank you my Prophet of God for another master piece. precisely last week i began taking a hold of my thinking pattern but it was for a particular event. but this past Friday i began reading another of Prophet’s book breaking stronghold’s from the courts of heaven. as i read, i paused in a place where he was teaching on mind set, i immediately realized this is my problem and Satan has been capitalizing on the state of my mind constantly attack me and i immediately knew i had work to do. sadly, many are operating with un-renewed minds and are headed for big time looses in their walk with God. help us Lord!!!
Renouveler sa pensée et son système de pensées est une chose très importante qui nous permet de toujours recevoir de Dieu.. que le Seigneur au travers de Sa Parole nous accorde la grâce d’être toujours à Son image au nom de Jésus-Christ. Amen

Consistency is key indeed
Indeed our mindset or notion about certain things and people plays a major role in our belief most times it nutures fear and doubt without you knowing.
