“Scriptural Text: John 10:16 (NKJV)
“And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.”
Christ’s burning desire to seek and save the lost is not dampened by the number of existing believers on the earth today. Even if ninety-nine percent of the world was already saved and accepted into God’s family, the Lord Jesus shows us in our opening text what His pursuit would be – to seek out and save the rest into the fold as well.
In the same way, every believer ought to make a conscious commitment and effort to reach and effectively witness to the people in their personal lives, whether by way of relationships, co-existence, or contact. In your circle, your unique relationship with the people in your life puts you in the best position to effectively witness to them and bring them into God’s family as they accept Christ as the Lord of their lives.
God has a plan for your friends and colleagues, just as He has for you. So, do not be silent or passive about their salvation and fervency in the Lord, but be intentional as you intercede for their souls, and take every opportunity to witness and model Christ to them, until they become a part of God’s family as well.

Expanding God’s Family is a Grace thing. Firstly we witness to ourselves, live in and extend this grace to others around us. This sets us apart from them. By faith we get the grace to align our wills with God’s, the grace to forgive, the grace to live above reproach, the grace to prosper in all things, the grace to carry God’s glory wherever we go. As we take bold steps and pray earnestly in faith people are drawn to Jesus.
In God’s Kingdom Expansion, these new people must not be left to continue in their ungodly ways. We impart Godly love, wisdom and truth through sowing seeds of reconciliation to God. We water the seeds by taking our cells’ multiplication mandate seriously, praying and working for it’s growth, establishment and expansion. This is how we can live and show God’s glory.
Christ, the Anointing of God, has gifted us with everything we need (Salvation) to walk out the call and purpose the Father has for each one of us. We don’t keep it to ourselves but freely give to others around us, hallelujah
