“Scriptural Text: Galatians 6:1 (NKJV)
“Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.”
One of the easiest things to do when we witness the fall of a fellow believer is to criticize him or her. All of a sudden, we begin to see and talk about how careless and undisciplined such individual may have been in the face of temptation, so much that we forget to rescue his or her soul from the sin that has overtaken him/her.
The Bible says that love covers a multitude of sin (1Peter 4:8). In order words, we are not to expose or publish the faults of others by the way of gossip or tale bearing. Rather, we are to do as our opening text today shows us: to restore the fallen back into fellowship with God.
Just as you would not throw away your baby for wetting the bed, we are not to ridicule those who fall into sin. Instead, we are to protect them from ridicule while we prayerfully nurture them into maturity. Such is the nature of love, and it is what we have been called to demonstrate towards one another.

🙏 DAILY PRAYER GUIDE
Father in the name of Jesus, give me the grace to extend your loving hand to those who stumble, and to help them find their feet again, in the name of Jesus.
🏞️ PRAYER FOR A NATION – NORTH KOREA
Known as the “Hermit Kingdom,” North Korea has chosen to isolate its people from the outside world. Once called the “Jerusalem of the East,” Pyongyang, North Korea’s capital, no longer can claim that title as many of its Christians fled to South Korea during the Korean War.
1. Prayer for the nation: Father in the name of Jesus, have mercy upon the people of North Korea, and set the people free from oppression to serve the Living God, in the name of Jesus.
2. Prayer for the leaders: Father in the name of Jesus, unto yourself a new crop of leaders in every city who will fear you, and begin to work for your purpose in that nation, in Jesus Name.
🕍 PRAYER FOR ISRAEL – ( [popup_anything id=”5015″] )
Father in the name of Jesus, show your mercy and favour in this set time to Israel. Let your mercy not depart from Israel, in Jesus name.
💒 PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that you cause a new wave of revival to sweep through the Church today, causing a new bond of love and oneness amongst believers, in Jesus Name.
☄️ PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father in the name of Jesus, cause the light of the Gospel to shine in the heart of the unsaved in this city, that they may see the light and be saved, in the name of Jesus.

When a believer falls, it is so disheartening that it is fellow believers that drag them out even on social media. As Christians, we must learn to protect our own regardless. Like David we must not publish it rather with prayer, supplication, care, mentorship and encouraging words restore the person back to God.
Also we must not always remind them of their fallen state but by love draw them back to God.
Thank You so much my Prophet for always helping us live a standard christian life.
Father in the name of Jesus, give me the grace to extend your loving hand to those who stumble, and to help them find their feet again, in the name of Jesus.
When brothers and sisters in Christ fall into sin, how should the church respond? Very often, Christians stumble in their attempt to address this issue. Either they ignore the wrongdoing or they banish the wrongdoer.
The prophet of God has given us an insight on what to do to such a person.
Thank you prophet for this devotional.

Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted” (Galatians 6:1).
This Bible verse simply tell us that “If someone falls into sin, forgivingly restore him, saving your critical comments for yourself. You might be needing forgiveness before the day’s out.”
Lagos.
If we think we are something special, then we’ll find it easy to condemn. But if we think that we’re a nobody apart from the grace of God, then we’ll be quick to forgive and ready to help the fallen. The reason we find it easy to condemn is because we’ve got an inflated opinion of our own importance. If we were more conscious of our own sin, we do be more forgiving of the weakness and failure of others.

One of the most needed and yet most neglected ministries in the body of Christ is that of going after and seeking to restore a brother or sister who has fallen into sin. We avoid doing it for a number of reasons: No one likes confrontation. We don’t know what to say or how to go about it. We don’t want to be judgmental or critical. We’re aware of our own shortcomings and don’t want to come across as hypocrites. So we say, “It’s none of my business,” and let the person go on in his or her sin. Lord help us.
Lagos.
Dear Lord help us to be our brothers’ keeper. Let us not be the ones who will take pride in seeing others fall, rather let us constantly uplift each other in the best way possible through Your help.
Thank You Lord

The ministry of restoring a fallen brother belongs to all who are spiritual, which means, spiritually mature, those who walk in the Spirit (Gal. 5:16-26). While never easy, it is vital to the spiritual health of the church. You cannot be faithful to the Lord if you don’t grow in your ability to perform this important ministry.
Thank you Lord.

Meekness helps us understand that we are prone to same error and rather than look down on him/her, we humbly restore them into Christ.

Thank you my Prophets of God for this great meal which many children of God lack, who think and feel it is their duty to expose the church and mostly doing this to 98% men of God. David refuse to publish the fall of Saul and his son, but rather published their exploits, dealt traitors in saul’s camp and showed mercy to saul’s grand son, this indeed is a spirit of meekness. Well even in such matters my prophet is an example. Glory to God!!!
Hmmmm… Love covereth a multitude of sins, love is patient, caring and kind.
Love doesn’t criticize but correct wrongs, God is love. If everyone can have same mentality the world will be a better place…
Help us LORD, to help others
Meekness helps us understand that we are prone to same error and rather than look down on him/her, we humbly restore them into Christ.

Never be judge to a fallen Christian because God has not judged that person
Loving and praying for a weak Christian is a start to rivaling the fallen. Never be part of those who mock him or her because him or her is weak
Yes,we are not to mock the fallen, because we are all in a race, when an athlete stumbled in a race and could not move or run any further,a fellow athlete in the same race as the other fallen one will not stay back and mock the athlete that has fallen, lest he also is stagnant thus
Not making any move too.
So the moment we find ourselves in that situation mocking people that has fallen it means we also are stagnant with them,we make no difference from them, rather we must help them to get on that two feet and continue their journey.

We must learn as believers not to expose the fault, mistakes or error of fellow believers instead restore the fallen back into fellowship with God in love and Care.

The Ministry of witnessing….. Loving People into the house of God is a vast one. It has the witnessing, follow up and helping those who have stumbled get back on their feet. It’s God’s grace upon us that enables us extend His loving hand to them. Loving others as we love ourselves and not being judgmental or critical when we see a brother/sister backsliding has a reward attached to it.

Todays devotional teaches us that believers are not exempt from falling into sin or making mistakes. It emphasizes the responsibility of fellow believers to respond with compassion, understanding, and a desire for restoration rather than condemnation.

Todays devotional serves as a reminder that anyone can fall into sin, and therefore, the restoration process should be conducted with a spirit of humility, recognizing one’s own need for grace and forgiveness.

The truth is there is not one person who is without sin or hasn’t fallen before. Knowing how you felt in that situation should give you empathy as a christian to also know that when your brother/sister is currently in a similar situation, you just dont castigated or throw away the person.
There are methods you can approach to restore such a person back to the fold without making them feel less of themselves.

Same way a soldier doesnt shoot his fellow soldier who has been injured in battle is the same way to cant gossip about or bring down a believer who fell. It could literally be anyone. Restore such a one in love rather.
