Psalm 27:13 (KJV)– “I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.”
There is a strength that comes from believing that God still has something beautiful ahead of you. When everything around you seems uncertain, the knowledge that God is working can keep your heart anchored. His goodness gives you a reason to keep moving forward, even when you cannot yet see the outcome.
The beauty of the Lord preserves your expectation. It reminds you that difficult seasons are temporary, but God’s faithfulness remains constant. He can sustain you through the waiting, strengthen you through the pressure, and keep your heart from being overcome by fear or discouragement. As you continue to trust Him, He will bring you into the place where you can look back and recognise that His hand was guiding you all along.
Today, hold on to your expectation of seeing the goodness of the Lord. Do not allow your present circumstances to make you forget the beautiful future God is preparing for you. May He preserve your faith, renew your hope, strengthen your heart, and bring you into a season where His goodness becomes unmistakably evident in your life.
Hold on to this prophetic declaration from Prophet Isaiah Macwealth:
I decree that God is set to show you His goodness in the land of the living. As you focus on this in every hard season, you are preserved, kept, and sustained. You shall walk upheld by the beauty of the Lord’s goodness. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
