2 Chronicles 13:5 (KJV) – “Ought ye not to know that the Lord God of Israel gave the kingdom over Israel to David for ever, even to him and to his sons by a covenant of salt?”
Your dominion is not based on your performance or worthiness, but on your covenant relationship with God through Christ, giving you the assurance of what already belongs to you. A covenant is stronger than any human contract or agreement, because it is a sworn promise established before God Himself. Therefore, your dominion, secured by covenant, cannot be taken away by circumstances or the actions of the enemy; it is permanent, unshakable, and as sure as God Himself.
This covenant reality gives you unshakable confidence in every season of life. You do not have to strive to earn what God has already secured; instead, you walk in the assurance that His word over your life is already settled. Even in moments of uncertainty, your foundation remains firm because it is rooted in what God has declared, not in what you feel or see.
Today, meditate on the covenant relationship you have with God through Christ and on the security that covenant provides. As you remain anchored in this covenant truth, your dominion becomes evident in every area of your life, reflecting the stability, strength, and faithfulness of God Himself.
Hold on to this prophetic declaration from Prophet Isaiah Macwealth:
I decree that your dominion is secured by God’s covenant! What God has given you is permanent and binding. Your dominion is not dependent on your performance or on circumstance but on God’s faithfulness to His covenant with you. You are walking in the security and the confidence of what is permanently yours, in Jesus’ name!

Father, I thank You that my dominion is secured by covenant. I rest in the permanence of all You have established for me. My dominion is not fragile or temporary but firmly anchored in Your covenant commitment. I walk in security and confidence, knowing that what You have given me is mine forever because of Your faithfulness, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Kenya, located in East Africa and home to approximately 54 million people, is one of the most dynamic and economically diverse nations on the African continent. Christians make up approximately 84% of the population, with significant evangelical, Pentecostal, and mainline Protestant communities. Kenya is known as a centre of evangelical Christianity and has produced many influential leaders and missionaries serving across Africa and the world. The nation is also a centre of prayer and intercession, with many believers committed to interceding for the continent and for the nations.
Prayer for a Nation:
Father, let Kenya understand that her dominion and her future are secured by covenant. Let the nation walk in security and confidence knowing that the purposes You have established are permanent in Jesus’ name.
Prayer for Leaders:
Father, let the leaders of Kenya walk in the security of covenant with You. Let them lead with confidence knowing that the nation’s future is secured by Your faithfulness in Jesus’ name.
Prayer for Israel:
Father, let Israel walk fully in the security of her covenant with You. Let the nation rest in the permanence of the promises You have made and let that security release her into dominion in Jesus’ name.
Prayer for Unity in the Church:
Father, let the Church in our cities understand that our unity is secured by covenant. Let believers walk in security and confidence knowing that what You have bound together is permanent in Jesus’ name.
Prayer for Souls/Revival:
Father, let believers in our communities share the security of covenant. Let the lost understand that entering into covenant relationship with You through Christ provides permanence and security in Jesus’ name.
