“Scriptural Text: Psalm 63:2  (NKJV)
“To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.”

The various manifestations of God’s Glory in the lives of believers were recorded in the Bible to show us how that moving in signs is an integral part of our Christian experience, raising our expectation and helping us to believe for even greater glory to be revealed in us, like David craved in our opening text today.

Throughout history, God wrought many signs by the hands of believers. He made Moses part the red sea, rained quails at his request, and threw stones out of heaven against their enemies. At other times, He collapsed the impregnable walls of Jericho with just a shout. What a wonderful God He is! The manifestation of His Glory is a beautiful experience to crave.

Therefore, settle it in your heart that the same Lord who worked those signs, wonders and miracles in times of old is in your life today. He will manifest His awesome power in you and through you in these days of revival as you meditate on His awesome wonders.

We serve a God who specializes in signs and wonders, the Bible says that every where Jesus went he was doing good, healing all, delivering the oppressed, he also did wonders by the hands of his people. That same God is our God and he wants to do wonders in us and through us so long as we position ourselves in faith and meditate on his greatness.

The Manifestation of God’s glory in the life of a believer is an experience and expression of His splendour, power and greatness. To see that glory, we are told in Ps.63:1-6 to seek God early, expressly give Him praise and to meditate on His words. Nothing like His presence!

Experiencing God’s glory should be a daily & integral part of a believer’s life. MJC as a Revival movement espoused that each & every moment of our day, including those moments that seem insignificant, presents an opportunity to glory God through our actions. The glory of God makes the difference!

As believers, we have each been given a measure of God’s grace to manifest His glory. In this season of revival therefore, I pray that the power of Christ in us cause a craving in us to believe for greater revelation like David.

Today, let this one thing “the glory of God be seen in our lives” by His grace. This will cause the manifestation of signs and wonders by our hands to be seen by the world and bring many to Jesus.
