Joshua 3:5 (KJV): “And Joshua said unto the people, Sanctify yourselves: for to morrow the Lord will do wonders among you.”
A wonder is not just a miracle; it is a miracle that breaks every argument, destroys every opposition, and generates a holy fear that silences everyone who witnesses it. Every sign is a miracle, but not every miracle is a wonder. A wonder is the highest category of divine intervention. When holiness and praise converge in your life, El-Gibbowr charges up and the explosion that follows is a wonder which leaves no room for doubt.
El-Gibbowr is the Doer of Wonders, but He does not do wonders in unholy atmospheres. Before He does His wonders, sanctification must come first. Holiness is what makes El-Gibbowr show up. When you sanctify yourself, you clear the channel through which He releases His power.
Today, make a serious commitment to sanctification. Set your life apart from every distraction and compromise and fill your mouth with praise. Bring your need before El-Gibbowr and declare that you have sanctified yourself. Your consecration is the platform for your celebration; expect El-Gibbowr to do wonders among you.
Hold on to this prophetic declaration from Prophet Isaiah Macwealth:
I declare that as you sanctify yourself, El-Gibbowr the Doer of Wonders is charging up on your behalf! I decree that the equation of wonders is being activated in your life — holiness, praise, and the terrible power of El-Gibbowr are converging for a wonder that will silence every argument against your destiny, in Jesus’ name!
SECTION 2: PRAYING THE PROMISES
Start-Up Prayer
Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for Your power that works wonders. I declare that I sanctify myself for Your use. I set my life apart for Your glory. El-Gibbowr, Doer of Wonders, do wonders in my health, my finances, and my family. Let Your miraculous power be seen in my life today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Nation Focus: Qatar
Qatar, a small but extraordinarily wealthy Gulf state of approximately 3 million people, is a nation defined by its Islamic identity and its extraordinary global influence through energy wealth and media. The Christian community in Qatar is composed almost entirely of expatriate workers, who worship in designated areas under strict limitations. Open evangelism is prohibited, and conversion from Islam carries severe social and legal consequences. Yet beneath this surface, there is a remarkable hunger among many Qataris and expatriates alike for authentic spiritual encounter. The nation’s exposure to global Christianity through its large foreign workforce makes it a strategic prayer target for the advancement of the Gospel in the Gulf region.
Prayer for a Nation — Qatar
Father, we pray for divine appointments in Qatar between Your servants and those in positions of influence. Let strategic conversations happen that plant seeds of the Kingdom in places that have never been reached by conventional mission, in Jesus’ name.
Prayer for Leaders
Heavenly Father, we ask that You arrest the spirits of extortion and oppression that govern the treatment of migrant workers in Qatar. Let justice and dignity be extended to every person within the nation’s borders, in Jesus’ name.
Prayer for Israel
Father, in the name of Jesus, we stand against the hidden traps being set against Israel. Expose every secret tunnel, every digital breach, and every hidden plot before it can manifest. Let nothing be hidden that needs to be seen.
Prayer for Unity in the Church
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that we would be perfectly joined together in the same mind and same judgment concerning the harvest of souls. Let our corporate agreement release the wonders of God in our cities.
Prayer for Souls / Revival
Father, in the name of Jesus, let demonstrations of the Spirit and of power accompany our proclamation of the Gospel, confirming the Word with signs and wonders so that faith arises where doubt once ruled.
