WAIT ON THE LORD’S TIMING

Wait on the Lord and be of good courage. Stand firm when everything in you wants to quit. Stay in the fight when fear whispers “it’s over” trusting God’s word to go forward, even when the way ahead looks uncertain. Do not lose hope. God will surely bring His Word to manifestation in your life.

Audio Version

Psalm 27:14 (KJV) – “Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.”

Waiting on the Lord is one of the hardest disciplines in life—not because God is slow, but because our nature craves quick answers, instant doors, and immediate breakthroughs. Yet our opening text reminds us to wait on the lord and be of good courage. To be of good courage is to stand firm when everything in you wants to quit. It means staying in the fight when fear whispers “it’s over” and trusting God’s word to go forward, even when the way ahead looks uncertain.

This is because discouragement often creeps in when nothing seems to be moving. Yet, those who focus on God rather than the delay find their strength renewed and their hearts anchored.

Rushing ahead of God’s timing can lead to frustration, setbacks, and missed opportunities. But when you wait on him, He prepares the blessing, shapes your character, and makes sure everything is ready for your arrival.

Therefore, instead of asking, “When, Lord?” pray, “Lord, strengthen my heart as I wait.” Your waiting is not wasted—it’s building courage, sharpening faith, and positioning you for what’s next. Do not lose hope. God will surely bring His Word to manifestation in your life. oh, what an assurance. Shout Thank you Lord!

Nation Focus: Guyana

Guyana, known as the “Land of Many Waters,” is a South American nation with rich rainforests, diverse cultures, and vast natural resources. Despite its potential, many citizens face poverty, unemployment, and inequality. Political division and corruption have hindered national progress. Christianity is present alongside Hinduism, Islam, and traditional practices, but secularism is growing. Guyana needs revival and spiritual awakening that will bring unity, justice, and transformation.
