Having momentum, is likened to having an object moving at a fast pace because of an applied force. It easily rolls over obstacles and keeps moving. In the same way, when a believer begins to gain momentum by the Spirit, obstacles appear as nothing, and the future looks bright.
Faith is not just optimism or wishful thinking, true faith is based on the Word, an assurance within that God will do what He says He will do regardless of what the situation may look like.
The Bible teaches us that the Word of God is quick, potent and powerful. By it, the world was made, and through it, the power of God is released. How then can it be that the same Word ends up not profiting some persons when they receive it?
Whenever we receive God’s Word, faith is imparted into our spirit to enable us appropriate what the Word talks about.
To experience the blessing and abundance that God promises, our faith is required, because it is through faith that we can receive from Him.
