Psalm 100:4 (KJV) – Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise.
A thankful heart unlocks realms in God. Thanksgiving is more than an expression—it is an access key. Our scriptural text reveals that gratitude brings you into God’s gates and praise leads you into His courts. A believer who walks in thanksgiving walks in divine access, favour, and supernatural endorsement.
A thankful heart carries power because it transforms the atmosphere around you. It silences the voice of the enemy, strengthens your faith, and opens doors that no man can shut. When thanksgiving becomes your rhythm, God’s presence becomes your environment.
Today, as you cultivate a lifestyle of thanksgiving, let it become your daily practice to acknowledge God’s goodness in every situation. Speak gratitude over your challenges, celebrate His faithfulness in every small victory, and let praise continually flow from your lips. As you do, you will unlock divine access, shift the atmosphere around your life, and welcome God’s presence and favour in greater measure.
What a powerful time in God’s Word today! As you go forth, hold on to this prophetic declaration from Prophet Isaiah Macwealth:
I declare that the power of thanksgiving works in you. You will enter new realms of favour, victory, and divine endorsement.

SECTION 2: PRAYING THE PROMISES
Welcome to today’s Praying the Promises. If you have not read today’s devotional, scroll upwards to read it first. Let us now pray in line with today’s word.
Start-Up Prayer
Father, in the name of Jesus, strengthen my heart to remain thankful. Let gratitude be my access point to Your presence and power.
Nation Focus: Laos
Laos is one of the most tightly restricted nations for Christianity in Southeast Asia. The government watches churches closely, believing Christianity disrupts cultural unity. Christians face arrest for evangelism, interrogation by authorities, confiscation of Bibles, pressure to renounce their faith, expulsion from villages among others. Yet the church continues to grow boldly through small house fellowships. These believers desperately need global intercession.
Prayer for a Nation – Laos
Father, in Jesus’ name, we lift up believers in Laos. Surround them with Your protection. Shield them from persecution, arrest, and intimidation. Grant them boldness to proclaim Your Word and courage to meet in gatherings. Let Your presence be their refuge and strength.
Prayer for Leaders
Father, in the name of Jesus, grant leaders courage, righteousness, and divine wisdom. Let them lead with integrity and vision that honours You.
Prayer for Israel
Father, in the name of Jesus, surround Israel with peace. Let Your covenant love shield her communities, and strengthen every leader to govern with justice.
Prayer for Unity in the Church
Father, in the name of Jesus, bind the Church together in love, humility, and shared vision. Remove every spirit of division and rivalry.
Prayer for Souls / Revival
Father, in the name of Jesus, send a mighty harvest of souls. Awaken nations with Your Spirit, and draw multitudes into salvation.
