Romans 16:20 (KJV) – And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen
Our opening text today reminds us that no matter what the devil brings our way, His end is certain and our victory is sure; he will be crushed under our feet. What an assurance! This is a powerful reminder that our God is a God of victory, and He has already won the battle for us. Every time the enemy tries to rise up against us, we can stand firm in the knowledge that God will ultimately bruise him under our feet.
This is why the believer can live with hope and assurance, even in seasons of waiting; to trust God is to rest in His promise, knowing that He will bring you through in His time. Therefore, when challenges rise, your confidence should not waver, because the One who fights for you cannot fail. The grace of Christ is your strength while you wait, and the peace of God is your anchor until the promise is fulfilled. So today, lift up your head and be encouraged—victory is sure. Don’t let what you see shake your faith; instead, let hope in God steady your heart. Your circumstances may seem daunting, but God’s promise is greater than any challenge you face. Very soon, you will stand to testify that the enemy was crushed beneath your feet, just as God has promised.
What a powerful time in God’s Word today! Your breakthrough is on the horizon, and your victory is imminent. Hold on to faith, hold on to hope, and hold on to the promises of God. Halleluiah!
As you go forth, hold on to this prophetic declaration from Prophet Isaiah Macwealth:
I decree, your victory is sure! No battle will overpower you, no storm will swallow you. The Almighty goes before you, and you shall finish with triumph in Jesus mighty name.

SECTION 2: PRAYING THE PROMISES
Welcome to today’s Praying the Promises. If you have not read today’s devotional, please scroll upwards to read it now.
Let us now pray in line with today’s devotional.
Start-up Prayer:
O Lord, keep me grounded in Your Word, that I may walk daily in the triumph You have secured for me in Jesus name.
We will now pray for a nation in need.
Nation Focus: Iceland
Iceland, an island nation in the North Atlantic, is known for its breath-taking landscapes and high standard of living. The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Iceland remains the largest religious body, but surveys reveal that a growing number of citizens identify as non-religious or atheist. While life satisfaction rates are high, spiritual engagement is low, with many disconnected from biblical truth. Still, there are small but vibrant Christian communities seeking God for change. Iceland needs a move of God that restores biblical faith, and transforms the nation from the inside out.
Prayer for the Nation
Father in the name of Jesus, we ask that You breathe upon Iceland with a fresh wind of revival. Let the light of the Gospel shine again across every city, town, and village.
Prayer for the Leaders
Lord, surround the leaders of Iceland with Your counsel and protect them from every plan of darkness.
Prayer for Israel
Father, keep Israel in Your covenant love, and let her triumph shine as a light to the nations in Jesus name.
Prayer for Unity in the Church
Lord, unite Your Church in the boldness of righteousness, that we may shine as one light to the world.
Prayer for Souls / Revival
Father in the name of Jesus, we pray for every lost soul to have an encounter with you and turn from their ways.
