THANKSGIVING THAT COMMANDS INCREASE

When we give thanks to God, it activates His blessings over our lives. Thanksgiving declares that we are faithful with little and ready to receive much, trusting God to enlarge our borders according to His purpose.

Audio Version

Psalm 67:5–6 (KJV) – “Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.”

Thanksgiving is not only an expression of gratitude—it is a spiritual law that commands increase. When we give thanks to God, it activates His blessings over our lives. The earth, our finances, relationships, and opportunities respond to gratitude. Our thanksgiving positions us for multiplication and favour beyond natural expectation.

Gratitude shifts us into alignment with God’s principles of abundance, acknowledging Him as the source of every good and perfect gift. As we thank Him, we steward what we already have with faith and humility, creating capacity for greater increase. Thanksgiving declares that we are faithful with little and ready to receive much, trusting God to enlarge our borders according to His purpose.

Today, as you offer praise, declare an increase in every area of your life. Speak growth over your finances, health, relationships, and destiny. Let thanksgiving open doors that were previously closed and unlock divine multiplication in every sphere of your life.

Hold on to this prophetic declaration from Prophet Isaiah Macwealth:

I declare that your thanksgiving will command increase. Every seed you have sown shall multiply, and God’s favour will overtake you.

SECTION 2: PRAYING THE PROMISES

Start-Up Prayer

Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for Your blessings. Let my thanksgiving today command increase in my finances, relationships, health, and destiny. Multiply everything I lay my hands on, and let all glory return to Your name.

Nation Focus: Liberia

Liberia, with a population of about 5.5 million, faces extreme poverty, widespread trauma, and weak institutions that challenge communities across the nation. Around 85–86% identify as Christian, yet many struggle with nominal faith and limited discipleship, while churches face institutional and resource challenges. Mental health issues, including depression, post-traumatic stress, and youth suicide, are pervasive. The nation is in urgent need of prayer for spiritual renewal, strengthened churches, and hope to overcome its deepest social and spiritual crises.

Prayer for a Nation – Liberia

Father, in the name of Jesus, let thanksgiving bring increase across Liberia. Let her people experience multiplication in provision, resources, and opportunities. Cause the earth to yield favourably for every righteous effort.

Prayer for Leaders

Father, in the name of Jesus, let Liberia’s leaders govern with wisdom. May Thanksgiving guide their decisions, resulting in national growth, prosperity, and justice.

Prayer for Israel

Father, in the name of Jesus, let thanksgiving command increase over Israel. Bless her leaders and citizens with multiplication in favour, provision, and divine opportunities.

Prayer for Unity in the Church

Father, in the name of Jesus, let thanksgiving activate unity among congregations in Lesotho. Release multiplication, revival, and cooperation across the Church.

Prayer for Souls / Revival

Father, in the name of Jesus, let our thankful hearts become a conduit for Your power to bring forth a great harvest of souls. We ask You to draw the lost out of darkness, profoundly transform the lives of all believers, and release a life-changing revival in every area of society.
