2 Chronicles 20:22 (KJV) – And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.
Thanksgiving is more than worship—it is warfare. When Judah lifted praise, God Himself went before them in battle. Praise and thanksgiving are powerful spiritual weapons that dismantle strongholds, confuse the enemy, and secure divine endorsement.
When thanksgiving rises in faith, God fights on your behalf. Situations shift, chains break, and victory manifests. It engages battles you cannot fight and wins wars you cannot see.
Today, as you wield thanksgiving as your weapon, boldly declare victories over every challenge in your life. Praise God for battles not yet visibly won, and watch ambushments be set for every opposing force, turning every situation into a testimony of His power and faithfulness.

Nation Focus: Laos
Laos is one of the most tightly restricted nations for Christianity in Southeast Asia. The government watches churches closely, believing Christianity disrupts cultural unity. Christians face arrest for evangelism, interrogation by authorities, confiscation of Bibles, pressure to renounce their faith, expulsion from villages among others. Yet the church continues to grow boldly through small house fellowships. These believers desperately need global intercession.
Prayer for a Nation – Laos
Father, in the name of Jesus, fight for Your Church in Laos. Let praise become their victory cry, and may Your Spirit empower every believer to stand boldly in faith.
Prayer for Leaders
Father in the name of Jesus, surround the leaders of Laos with godly counsel and guide their decisions for the protection and prosperity of the people.
Prayer for Israel
Father in the name of Jesus, be a shield around Israel. Let peace reign within her borders, and may Your covenant love guide her leaders in righteousness and discernment.
Prayer for Unity in the Church
Father in the name of Jesus, break division and release unity across all congregations that proclaim Christ. Heal every wound, reconcile differences, and let Your Spirit ignite a fresh passion for the gospel in every believer.
Prayer for Souls / Revival
Father in the name of Jesus, let thanksgiving usher in mass revival and salvation across nations. Draw the lost into Your kingdom, awaken the Church with fresh fire, and release a mighty harvest of souls everywhere.
