Psalm 116:17 (KJV) – I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the Lord.
Thanksgiving is most powerful when it costs us something. It is the kind of gratitude offered not because life feels easy, but because God remains worthy in every season. This sacrifice of thanksgiving carries weight—it reveals trust even when clarity is missing.
Such gratitude draws divine endorsement. It touches the heart of God, unlocks mercy, and invites supernatural help into places where strength is limited. When thanksgiving becomes your offering in challenging moments, heaven responds with favour and intervention.
Today, as you present your thanksgiving as a sacrifice, choose to praise God despite the pressures you face. Let your gratitude rise as a sweet fragrance before Him, activating favour, protection, and supernatural breakthroughs in every area of your life.

Father, in the name of Jesus, empower me to offer You thanksgiving at all times — especially when it is costly.
Nation Focus: Laos
Laos is one of the most tightly restricted nations for Christianity in Southeast Asia. The government watches churches closely, believing Christianity disrupts cultural unity. Christians face arrest for evangelism, interrogation by authorities, confiscation of Bibles, pressure to renounce their faith, expulsion from villages among others. Yet the church continues to grow boldly through small house fellowships. These believers desperately need global intercession.
Prayer for a Nation – Laos
Father, in the name of Jesus, pour out strength and endurance on Your people in Laos. Let persecution deepen their faith, not weaken it. Fill their hearts with peace, their minds with courage, and their spirits with joy that transcends circumstances.
Prayer for Leaders
Father, anoint the leaders of Laos with wisdom, justice, and compassion. Strengthen their hearts to govern with integrity, and guide them to make decisions that protect the vulnerable and uplift the nation.
Prayer for Israel
Father, let Your covenant love surround Israel and strengthen her hands amidst her raging wars. Shield her borders with Your peace, and release divine wisdom to those making critical decisions in this hour.
Prayer for Unity in the Church
Father, cause the body of Christ to come together in one accord in the propagation of the gospel of Christ. Tear down every wall of division, and ignite a fresh fire of love, humility, and kingdom focus among believers.
Prayer for Souls / Revival
Father, cause men to hunger and thirst for righteousness, that nations may rise and come into Your light. Stir hearts to seek Your truth, pursue justice, and walk in Your ways, so that the glory of Your kingdom may be revealed across the earth.
