Isaiah 49:6 – “And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth.”
God never calls us without a purpose. He raises us, heals us, transforms us, so we can be carriers of His light to others. We are called not only to receive light but to be the light. Our opening scripture reveals a divine assignment: God did not save us to sit in silence. He saved us, so through us, others can come to Him, and be restored to their original identity in Christ Jesus.
Therefore, you must know that soulwinning is not just the work of the pulpit, but the duty of every believer. God has positioned you as a light in your home, workplace, school, and community. Through your words, choices, and lifestyle, others can find their way back to God. Whether you’re walking through a mall, sitting in traffic, attending a gathering, or just living your daily life; these are all moments where your life can reflect His goodness.
Today, ask God to help you see those around you through His eyes. Pray for courage to speak, and wisdom to act. Let your light be a spark that ignites hope in someone else. Do not keep it hidden—shine! Hallelujah!
STARTUP PRAYER
Father, I thank You for saving me. Help me to see opportunities for soulwinning and to boldly share the gospel. Let my words and actions draw others to You, that your name may be glorified in me. In Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR A NATION – DENMARK
Denmark, the oldest kingdom in Europe, is a coastal nation on the Jutland Peninsula with over 400 islands and a strategic maritime location important to NATO. Its capital, Copenhagen, is a top tourist destination. Governed by a constitutional monarchy, Denmark boasts a high standard of living supported by a strong welfare system, though it chose to retain its currency over adopting the Euro. While traditionally open to immigrants, recent years have seen stricter immigration policies. Although over 80% of Danes identify as Lutheran, church attendance is very low, with many considering themselves agnostic or atheist. However, increasing spiritual openness has led to the growth of new churches and ministries across the country.
PRAYER FOR THE NATION
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that You protect this nation’s values from moral decay, that their laws may be anchored on righteousness and justice.
PRAYER FOR THE LEADERS
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that You give leaders in this nation the courage to stand for the truth even when it is unpopular or counter-cultural.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that You fulfill every word You have spoken concerning Israel’s future, and let Your glory be seen upon her.
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father, in the name of Jesus. cause the Church to walk in the unity of the Spirit and the bond of peace.
