Matthew 6:33 – “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
Let us hear what God’s prophet has to say to us today…
Life is filled with responsibilities, deadlines, and expectations. Yet, not everything carries the same weight. The ability to prioritize effectively determines whether we thrive or struggle. When we focus on what truly matters, we experience clarity and progress. But when priorities are misaligned, stress builds and we find ourselves overwhelmed by urgent but unimportant tasks.
Martha found herself in this situation. While she was busy serving, Mary chose to sit and listen to Jesus. Martha, frustrated, asked Jesus to correct Mary, but He responded, “Mary has chosen what is better” (Luke 10:41-42). This was not about avoiding responsibilities—it was about making wise choices. Many people spend years chasing financial success, social status, or personal ambitions, only to realize they’ve neglected their health, relationships, or personal growth. Without clear priorities, even hard work can lead to exhaustion instead of fulfillment.
Take a step back and evaluate your focus. Are you dedicating time to what truly adds value to your life? Set your priorities with intention, you will not only achieve more but also live with purpose. Hallelujah!

PRAYER FOR A NATION
Congo has endured years of civil conflict, economic hardship, violence, political instability and the educational system faces significant challenges. The majority of Congolese identify as Christian, but most do not authentically claim Christ as the only means of salvation. Many hold a superficial belief in basic Christian ideas combined with animistic rituals and idols. The Marxist government (1968-1991) expelled most mission organizations and reared a generation of children disconnected from any form of spiritual life. False beliefs and practices are rampant within the Church. There is great need for Bible-believing pastors to disciple their congregation.
PRAYER FOR THE NATION
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for an outpour of the spirit of revival in the land, that the Gospel may move freely in Jesus’ name.
PRAYER FOR LEADERS
