- Proverbs 24:16 -“For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.”Embracing failure as a learning experience can be a game-changer. When we fail, we have the opportunity to reflect on what went wrong and how we can improve next time.Reflecting on our failures can be a painful process, but it’s essential for growth and progress. By analyzing our mistakes, we can identify areas for improvement and develop new strategies for success.
Our opening text reminds us that failure is not the end, but rather an opportunity to get back up, learn from our mistakes, and try again with renewed strength and determination. So, don’t be afraid to take risks and try new things. Remember, every failure brings you closer to success.
STARTUP PRAYER:
Father in the name of Jesus, help me see failures as learning opportunities. Strengthen my heart to rise above setbacks and remain steadfast in my purpose in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR A NATION:
COSTA RICA
Catholicism has long been a part of Costa Rican culture and with a charismatic renewal, mass attendance and the number of practicing Catholics is increasing. Today, churches in Costa Rica are confronted with how to minister to the Nicaraguan refugees. A long-standing battle with cults and spiritist groups is challenging the church as well.
PRAYER FOR THE NATION:Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for the true Gospel to be preached in Costa Rica. Let every false doctrine and deception be uprooted, and let many turn to the light of Christ, in Jesus’ name.
PRAYER FOR THE LEADERS:
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for unity among government officials, people and community leaders to work together for the good of the nation in Jesus name.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL:
Father in the name of Jesus, let the fire of revival sweep through Jerusalem and all of Israel. Let hearts be turned to You, and let Your glory be revealed in the land, in Jesus’ name.
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH:
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that the leaders in churches globally will work together in harmony and uphold Biblical truth in Jesus’ name.
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL:
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask for an outpour of Your spirit upon nations of the earth, causing the unsaved and backslidden to come into salvation in Jesus’ name.
