Psalm 103:5 -“Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”
The world today is full of pressures to cut corners, lobby for connections and make dishonest compromises, just to get by. When things take longer than expected, or when others seem to be advancing faster than you, it can leave you wondering: Will doing it God’s way ever be enough?
Our opening scripture speaks directly to that inner question. God satisfies. Not just temporarily but eternally also. The kind of blessings that come without sorrow, without guilt, without regret. And more than that, He renews your strength lifting you from weariness and reminding you that He alone is enough. You may not have the connections others boast of. You may not play by the world’s rules. But if you walk with God, you have something far greater: access to divine provision and favour. He will satisfy you in such a way that you will have no need to chase what others manipulate to get.
So today, rejoice in the Lord. Refuse to compromise. Know that you are not disadvantaged. God is more than able to supply your needs (Phil 4:19). Trust in His power and watch Him fill your life with his goodness!
START-UP PRAYER
Father, in the name of Jesus, Help me to rely on You completely and to walk in the confidence that you will satisfy my need in your perfect timing.
PRAYER FOR A NATION
CZECH REPUBLIC
The Czech Republic gained independence from communist rule in 1989 and split into Slovakia and the Czech Republic in 1993. The country has a stable economy, driven by foreign investment, low costs, and a skilled labor force. However, the fall of communism also brought challenges, including a rise in atheism and uncertainty about God’s existence. Over 40% of the population professes atheism, and 16% are uncertain. The Catholic Church has a stronger presence, but its priests and laity are aging. Protestant churches are enjoying religious freedom for the second time since 1620, but their presence is limited. The country faces complacency, which may have contributed to the rise in atheism and uncertainty.
PRAYER FOR THE NATION
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that the hearts of the people be opened to receive the Gospel, that uncertainty about your existence be replaced with a deepening faith in You.
PRAYER FOR THE LEADERS
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that You reveal Yourself to the leaders in this nation that they may serve you only.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, we pray that You strengthen the leaders of Israel with wisdom, courage, and a heart aligned with Your purposes
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father, in the name of Jesus, let every broken relationship within the church be restored, and let the love of Christ will be evident in all we do.
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that You raise and send laborers into the harvest field, that many may come into the light.
