Ephesians 3:16 (NKJV) – “That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man.”
The Spirit of God does not only dwell in you — He strengthens you from within. Life’s pressures may come from the outside, but the believer’s strength flows from the inside. When you allow the Holy Spirit to fill your heart daily, He fortifies your mind, renews your courage, and steadies your steps in purpose.
To be strengthened in the inner man is to receive fortitude that cannot be shaken by trials. It is the assurance that even in weakness, His might is at work in you, enabling you to stand firm and to prevail. Many look outward for help, but true power comes from within — from the Spirit who continually supplies strength and peace.
Today, yield yourself to the Spirit’s influence. Spend time in prayer and the Word, allowing His presence to refresh you. As you do, you will sense a deep calm and courage rising in you, knowing that you are never without help.

Father, in the name of Jesus, strengthen me by Your Spirit in my inner man, and let Your might be revealed in every area of my life today.
Nation Focus: Japan
Japan, a land of beauty, innovation, and discipline, remains one of the world’s most unreached nations for the Gospel. With less than 2% of the population identifying as Christian, many live without the knowledge of God’s love. Yet, amidst the material success and technological advancement, hearts are longing for peace and meaning. God is stirring a new move of His Spirit — raising intercessors and evangelists who will ignite revival across the islands of Japan.
Prayer for the Nation
Heavenly Father, pour out Your Spirit upon Japan. Let revival sweep through cities and villages, drawing hearts to Christ and awakening faith across the nation, in Jesus’ name.
Prayer for the Leaders
Father , grant Japan’s leaders clarity and discernment. May their hearts be filled with compassion, their actions reflect justice, and their decisions promote peace, in Jesus’ name
