Psalm 119:9 (KJV) – ”Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word”.
Our opening highlights the importance of God’s Word in cleansing our lives from sin and impurities. The Word of God has the power to cleanse our minds from sinful thoughts and purify our hearts from deceit and wickedness. Through the Word, God speaks to us, exposing our sin and revealing His standards. As we heed His Word, we are washed clean from guilt and shame, and our minds and hearts are renewed.
As we immerse ourselves in Scripture, we experience the transformative power of God’s Word, which, renews our perspective and understanding, and guides us toward righteousness. The Word is like a refining fire that purifies our thoughts, words, and actions, making us more like Jesus.
We must therefore continually seek to immerse ourselves in His Word. The more we read, meditate, and apply Scripture to our lives, the more we experience the cleansing power of God’s Word. Our lives are transformed, and we become more like Christ, reflecting His love, mercy, and grace.
Today, take time to read and meditate on the word. It will cleanse you and empower you to live a life that honours God, guiding you in the path holiness and true righteousness. Halleluiah

Nation Focus: France, a leading nation in Western Europe, is known for its cultural influence, intellectual heritage, and secular values. Despite its rich Christian history, France today faces growing secularism, spiritual indifference, and a decline in church attendance. The Church struggles to stay connected with everyday people, especially the younger generation, and there is a need for renewed faith, unity, and consistent sharing of the gospel in a society that often questions the existence and relevance of God.
Prayer for the Nation
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask for a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit over France. Let a deep hunger for truth and salvation rise across the land.
Prayer for the Leaders
Father, grant the leaders of France divine wisdom to govern with justice, truth, and compassion. Let every decision align with Your will for the nation.
Prayer for Israel
Father in the name of Jesus, let every voice of destruction against Israel be silenced, so that her borders may become peaceful.
Prayer for Unity in the Church
Lord, let the noise of competition be drowned out by the sound of compassion. Raise a Church that moves as one flame.
Prayer for Souls / Revival
Father, we ask for a mighty awakening. Cause the eyes of the lost to open and draw nations to the saving knowledge of Christ.
