“Scriptural Text: 1 Corinthians 6:12 (NKJV)
“All things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful; all things are lawful for me, but I will not be enslaved by anything.’”
Some believers hold the misconception that salvation grants us unrestricted indulgence. Yet, in our opening text today, Apostle Paul helps us to see both the freedom we have in Christ and the responsibility we bear as believers. While we are free to make choices, our freedom should not enslave us to the desires of the flesh.
In our daily lives, it is important to only seek what is truly beneficial, edifying, and in alignment with God’s will. Rather than allowing ourselves to become captives of our own desires, we are to follow Christ’s example of self-control and righteousness.
Whenever you face temptations in your day, remember the words of our opening scripture and seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit to make choices that honour God and contribute to your spiritual growth.
Remember that by the power of the Holy Ghost, you can put any appetite of the flesh under subjection and you yield yourself to God’s Word and His will in your life today. Begin by keeping your fire burning, praying in the Holy Ghost, so you may live a life that pleases the Father in all things.

As christain’s out freedom should be in the confinement and parameters of alignment. If temptations and unholy fleshly desires are ancient, then we need something ancient to counter that appetite thus the word of God, and the power of the holy ghost by speaking in tongues is the best kingdom utensil to stay on fire. Thank you Lord 🙌🙌🙌🇬🇭🇬🇭
What a word this morning. The fact that the task is good doesnt make it a God thing. We must therefore fight not only to do convenient things but we must prioritise the after effects of our actions before we carry them out.

Today’s message shows us that we must be deliberate about our decision making. the fact that it is lawful to do doesnt mean we should be brought under the influence of such decisions. We must make quality decisions that makes us stand right with God.

Thank you Lord for given us the holy spirit, for he’s our navigator. It’s through the holy spirit we make choices that honour God and contribute to our spiritual growth.

As much as we want to be compassionate in decision making, we must not allow our minds override the decisions we must make. we should be always available all in the name of being a christian. We ought to have standards even in our daily lives.

While salvation brings freedom, it doesn’t mean unrestricted indulgence. As a believer, I should exercise self-control, seek choices aligned with God’s will, and follow Christ’s example of righteousness. By relying on the Holy Spirit’s guidance, I can resist temptations, grow spiritually, and live a life pleasing to God.Thank you so much my prophet and I receive grace today to quality make decisions.-Accra Ghana🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭
A life that pleases God should be our unending pursuit as believers even though we are free yet bond to the will and alignment of christ. The diversity of sin and temptations expressed through the flesh is highly deceptive and enticing therefore, subjecting the flesh at all times in the pendulum of the nature of righteousness by the help of the holyghost routine to constantly keep the fire burning. Thank You Lord. 🇬🇭 🇬🇭 🇬🇭 🇬🇭 🇬🇭
Being a Christian doesn’t make you a ‘mumu’. We must therefore not be carried away alll in the name of pleasing men. We must ensure we make effective decisions that improve our lives even if it comes at a cost of losing friends and acquaintances.
Lagos, Nigeria
As believers, we must understand that salvation gives us the edge but we shouldnt take things for granted. all things are lawful but we should know our limits even in making decisions.

Thank you my Prophet Sir…
When reading this I remembered this Bible verse; “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things” Philippines 4:8.
Help me Lord to make quality decisions in my day to day life according to your word and your will.🙏🏾

The holyghost has been given to us to lead and guide us. We are not helpless in decision making. Even if the decision will hurt our flesh, we must do it as far as it is inspired by the holyghost. Thats how we show dependence on the Lord.
Lagos, Nigeria
Being firm doesnt reduce us from being christians. Being born again is not a license to accepting every kind of dump. A firm christian will never allow the values of this life to overrule his decisions because he will always want to do God’s will above his fleshly desires.

Prophets daily message is always the right meal for the day, we live in a world where most people have the mindset of “you can’t tell me what to do”. But prophet is helping us to understand that we as Christians are not supposed to live that way, tho we can, we should put the flesh under subject and let the word guide us. Thank you sir
Although we enjoy freedom in Christ; it is expedient that we assess our decisions to ensure they do not fall short of our responsibilities as believers.
Alll things may be lawful but are they are helpful? These are the questions that should guide our decision making.
Glory to God.

Freedom is given to us by Christ to exercise our self dominion/discipline by the Spirit. That’s staying up. When we exhibit laissez faire attitude without exhibiting self-control we enslave ourselves portraying to God we aren’t ready to control stuff thereby putting us under control of something we should be controlling.
From today’s devotional I see a platform given to me by Christ for self-control/dominion in my sphere as ordained by Christ rather than allowing the flesh take over when I ( my spirit) can be in control.

You may find yourself in a position now where you’re needing to make a choice, and the choice you make will have serious ramifications spiritually and emotionally. Or, you may be reflecting on your daily life and seeing the need to reexamine your priorities based on feedback you’re getting from friends, or a distance you feel in your relationship with God.

Whatever the challenge may be, God wants us to see that the process of searching our heart and making decisions based on what God wants for our lives is how we grow. He wants a prayer for direction and clarity more than he wants us to try and be perfect on our own.
Thank you so much Prophet for today’s devotional meal.

Not everything is beneficial, edifying, and in alignment with God’s will otherwise why else would be need to discern between good and evil if the evil things is obvious. Anything that can remove peace in your life, Purity and keep you from praising God will keep you from the presence of God which in turn keeps your from breakthrough and prosperity. Lord help us to make the right Decisions , weighing them against the Word and giving us discernment in difficult circumstances. Thankyou Jesus 🔥

Yes sirrrr, gal 5:1 says ‘Stand firm in the liberty that christ has wrought for us and do not be entangled in the yoke of bondage.. While we are free to make choices here in earth, we must remember that our freedom should not enslave us to the desires of the flesh.

The salvation package brings freedom to a man’s life, it releases him for the chains of darkness and brings him to the saving knowledge of God. This liberty can never be a license to sin or to live by the flesh, remember the flesh only profits death but the spirit gives life.
Lagos Nigeria
Thank you Father for the word today. I see what a deliverer Christ is. He won’t allow me to even be controlled by my own desires. Wow! I am reserved and sanctified for his word alone. Nothing else controls me. I make the decision to develop the consciousness of a life that pleases God always. Amen
In our daily lives, it is important to only seek what is truly beneficial, edifying, and in alignment with God’s will. We must never allow ourselves to become captives of our own desires but must walk in self-control and righteousness as true ambassadors of Christ

Sometimes some choices or decisions might look good but might not be in alignment with Gods will, that’s why we need the spirit of God to guide us in all truth. The holyspirit is our advantage in making wise decisions and walking in the path of righteousness
Lagos Nigeria
Indeed we can’t do nothing outside God and everytime we try to do something outside Gods will we need up in errors and not being alignment with God
Learning our to work with the Holy Ghost is one of the most important tasks as a believer because it’s the spirit that bear witness that we are son’s of God
So then the spirit ( the Holy Ghost) empowerment us to put our appetite of the flesh under subjection because the Holy Ghost is the power house in our life as a believer
🇨🇾🇨🇾🇨🇾
Without the spirit of God it is impossible to serve and please God. As a natural man, the flesh has its selfish desires and it is in constant strife with the spirit. But only the holyghost can subdue the flesh and help us to be in sync with God
Lagos Nigeria
Yes sirrr
We just remember that by the power of the Holy Ghost,we can put any appetite of the flesh under subjection and can yield to God’s Word and His will. We must keep our fire burning, praying in the Holy Ghost, so we may live lives that are pleasing to the Father in all things.
Lagos Nigeria
Desires of the flesh are so enticing that sometimes we become enslaved without awareness. And as our prophet has instructed, it only takes continuous fellowship with the Holy Ghost to set us free from every enslavement of the flesh. Halleluyah I allign myself to your will and desires for me Lord 🙏🙏🙏🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭
As natural men we will always fall to temptations of this world and make wrong choices that never please God. As believers we are of free will. We must therefore always pray and ask God to help us approve of things that are excellent.
Following the truth at all times, no compromise, is a quality decision and is beneficial. As we feed our spirit man with God’s word and starve our flesh. We will be free to bond with Christ and align with the Father.
As we speak truly, live truly and deal truly, we will become more and more like Christ who is the Head of His body, the church.

When we refuse to work in alignment in God’s will, we lack self control , because not aligning oneself through the word of God is alignment in the flesh.
following Christ’s example of self-control and righteousness is also The justification of a man’s soul,
The righteous also shall hold on his way, because he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger 💪.
Job 17:9
