John 20:19 (KJV) – “Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.”
There are moments when a situation can appear completely closed, and every attempt to move forward seems to lead to another barrier. A door may seem firmly shut, with no visible way through and no indication of how things could change. Yet what appears impossible from our perspective is never beyond the reach of Jesus. He is not limited by what we can see, and no closed situation is beyond His ability to change.
In this season of open doors, remember that the power of Jesus is greater than the barriers before you. When He steps into a situation, what seemed immovable can begin to shift, and what appeared sealed can give way to a new possibility. His presence brings peace in uncertainty, order where there has been confusion, and hope where there seemed to be no way forward. He can create a pathway even when none is visible.
Today, place every closed situation into the hands of Jesus and trust Him with what you cannot change. May His presence bring peace to your heart and His power make a way where there seems to be no way. May barriers give way, new pathways emerge, and opportunities open before you as you continue to move forward in faith, confident that Jesus is able to do what you cannot do for yourself.
Hold on to this prophetic declaration from Prophet Isaiah Macwealth:
I decree that Jesus enters every closed area of your life. No door can remain shut before Him. Every barrier gives way, and you move forward with peace, access, and progress, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
