Isaiah 49:15–16 (KJV): “Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.”
You are not forgotten before God; you are permanently inscribed in His palms. In time past, engraving was the most permanent form of inscription, not written in ink that could be washed away, but cut into the material forever. God has built the memory of you into the very structure of who He is. Every time He moves, He sees you. Your strengths, weaknesses, sacrifices, tears, fears and prayers are continually before Him.
Many people conclude from seasons of silence that God has forgotten them. But silence is not absence; it is the space between a promise made and a promise kept. The God who has engraved you on His palms does not forget between the request and the answer. He is not unaware of what you are carrying. He sees it, He holds it, and He is working on it in ways that have not yet become visible to you.
Today, reject every voice that tells you God has forgotten you. Bring the specific areas of your life that have felt most abandoned before Him and rest in the truth that you are inscribed on His hands. His silence over your situation is not neglect; it is preparation. What He has engraved, He will not abandon.
Hold on to this prophetic declaration from Prophet Isaiah Macwealth:
I declare that you are engraved upon the palms of the Almighty and He has not forgotten you for a single moment! I decree that every spirit of abandonment and anxiety is broken off your life. Receive the peace and assurance of being held in the hands of the Mighty God, in Jesus’ name!
SECTION 2: PRAYING THE PROMISES
Start-Up Prayer
Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for Your everlasting love. I declare that I am not forgotten. My life, my needs, and my future are constantly before You. I rest in the assurance that You have graven me upon Your palms in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Nation Focus: Poland
Poland, with a population of approximately 38 million, is a nation forged in the fires of history and known for its fierce Catholic identity and spirit of resilience. While Christianity has been central to the national consciousness, the country is navigating a growing tension between its deep faith traditions and rising secularism, particularly among the younger generation. Poland also stands on the frontlines of European geopolitics, hosting significant numbers of refugees and serving as a key NATO buffer state. The evangelical church, though smaller, is growing steadily and the nation holds a powerful potential for revival that could ripple across Central and Eastern Europe.
Prayer for a Nation — Poland
Father, we pray for the evangelical churches in Poland to find a unified voice and strategy for evangelism that can penetrate both the deeply Catholic and increasingly secular segments of Polish society, in Jesus’ name.
Prayer for Leaders
Lord, we pray for the political leaders of Poland. Grant them the courage to make decisions that protect the vulnerable and uphold justice even when it is politically unpopular, in Jesus’ name.
Prayer for Israel
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for a spiritual awakening across Israel. From the secular streets of Tel Aviv to the ancient alleys of Jerusalem, let the veil be lifted from the hearts of Your covenant people.
Prayer for Unity in the Church
Father, in the name of Jesus, give us a common language of faith. Let us speak the same things so that there be no divisions in our doctrine or direction, and let the world see our unity as proof of Your Spirit.
Prayer for Souls / Revival
Father, in the name of Jesus, open divine doors of utterance for us in our workplaces, schools, and marketplaces. Let us be bold to speak Your Word wherever You have placed us.
