Colossians 1:27 (KJV) – “To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:”
Everyone, at some point, looks for hope—hope that life can be better, that mistakes can be forgiven, that the future can hold more than just pain or disappointment. Our opening scripture tells us that this hope is not just a positive mindset or wishful thinking; it is a Person—Christ living in you.
When Christ comes into your life, He brings the assurance that your story is not finished. You are no longer defined by failure, weakness, or fear. His presence in you is a guarantee that your life can be rebuilt, reshaped, and filled with meaning. This is what the Bible calls “the hope of glory”—the certainty that God’s goodness will shine through your life, both now and for eternity.
Think of it this way: without Christ, we try to carry life’s burdens alone, hoping things will improve. But with Him inside you, you no longer stand by yourself. His strength lifts you when you fall, His peace steadies you when anxiety rises, and His love restores you when you feel unworthy. This is a living hope—something that works in your everyday struggles, giving you power to rise again.
Therefore today, do not see yourself as helpless or forgotten. If you open your heart to Jesus, you receive a hope that cannot fade, a joy that cannot be stolen, and a future that cannot be destroyed. That is the hope of glory—Christ alive in you, making sure your life ends in victory.
We have received light and strength from the Word. Now carry this declaration from Prophet Isaiah Macwealth as you go:
“I declare that Christ’s power will manifest in your life today and break every chain of fear, limitation, and lack!”
