Luke 13:24 (KJV) – “Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.”
It is easy to become comfortable with where you are spiritually, emotionally, or even in your purpose. But comfort can be dangerous. It lures us into settling for less than God’s best. Jesus challenges us not to coast through life, but to strive to press with intention toward greater depths in God and higher levels in our calling.
To strive is to fight, to push, to press in or to labour. It connotes forcefulness in the pursuit of your calling. Therefore, working hard is not enough, you have to press into all that God has promised you. However, this is not a striving in your own power, but a striving by the help of the Spirit with every step and effort, backed by God’s grace, pushing you into the next level. The Spirit of God is your strength, enabling you to go beyond where you’ve been.
Therefore, set your heart to press for more. Refuse to settle for mediocrity. Fight and contend for the next level, for greater heights and unparalleled success. Wake up earlier to invest in personal development, set specific and measurable goals and step out in faith daily. By adopting these strategies and relying on God’s guidance, you can push beyond your limits and achieve greatness. God’s grace is available to carry you there, empowering you to achieve more than you ever thought possible. Hallelujah!

Guinea, often called the “Water Tower of West Africa,” is a nation rich in natural resources and cultural diversity. Despite its abundance of minerals and fertile land, the country struggles with poverty, political instability, and underdeveloped infrastructure. Many citizens face challenges in education, healthcare, and employment. Islam is the dominant religion, with Christianity as a minority, yet both faiths are often mixed with traditional practices. While churches exist, discipleship is weak, and spiritual growth is limited by persecution and cultural barriers. Guinea stands in need of revival—a mighty move of God that will break through spiritual darkness.
Prayer for a Nation – Guinea
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that the light of Christ pierce through every form of darkness, idolatry, and tradition that hinders the gospel, causing revival in the land.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that you your spirit will rest upon the leaders of Guinea, that they will open the way for peace, stability, and the advancement of the gospel in the nation
