1 Corinthians 6:19(KJV) – “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
Our opening scripture today reveals a profound truth – that our bodies are no longer our own, but rather sacred temples set apart for God’s purpose and glory. This reality should fundamentally change the way we live, think, and interact with the world around us. We must learn to possess our bodies in consecration and holiness, surrendering them fully to God’s will.
When we fail to live up in line with this truth, we can compromise the operation of God’s power in our lives. Fornication, gluttony, lust and other forms of indulgence can all obstruct the flow of God’s power and hinder our walk with Him, causing us to miss out on the fullness of life that God intends for us.
However, when we prioritize purity and holiness in our bodies, we create space for God’s presence to dwell richly within us. His power flows freely, bringing healing to our deepest wounds, restoration to our brokenness, and manifestation of His glory in our lives.
So today, yield your body to His lordship. Consecrate every part of your being to His will. Allow the purifying power of His Word and presence to purge you of every unrighteousness. As you honor His dwelling place, you will see His power; healing, restoration, and glory will flow through you. Glory!

Father, in the name of Jesus, help me live a life of holiness and possess my body in purity in the name of Jesus.
Prayer for a nation – France
France, a leading nation in Western Europe, is known for its cultural influence, intellectual heritage, and secular values. Despite its rich Christian history, France today faces growing secularism, spiritual indifference, and a decline in church attendance. The Church struggles to stay connected with everyday people, especially the younger generation, and there is a need for renewed faith, unity, and consistent sharing of the gospel in a society that often questions the existence and relevance of God.
Prayer for the nation
Lord, strengthen the Church in France. Rekindle hunger for Your Word and raise up bold believers who will live and speak the gospel with love.
Prayer for the leaders
Lord, touch the hearts of France’s leaders. Remove spiritual blindness and open them to the truth of the gospel. May they encounter You personally.
Prayer for Israel
Father, cause a release of divine strategy and wisdom upon Israel. Let her carry and fulfil your agenda boldly and shine as a light to nations.
Prayer for unity in the Church
Father, silence every voice of division and let a fresh wave of love and unity sweep through Your body of Christ.
Prayer for souls / revival
Oh Lord, we decree a harvest of souls in our cities and beyond, in Jesus name.
