CHRIST CARED FOR THE NEEDY
Compassion is not optional for the follower of Jesus; it is a lifestyle. The gospel is displayed most convincingly when the church moves from words into tangible help: feeding the hungry, visiting the sick, sheltering the homeless, and defending the oppressed. When mercy guides our service, we reflect the heart of our Saviour. Today, ask God to give you eyes to see the needs around you and courage to respond.
