John 15:5 -“I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing..”
A believer is never meant to live a life of barrenness or stagnation. God’s desire is for you to thrive, flourish, and excel in every season of your life. However, our opening scripture shows us that only those who abide in him enjoy much fruitfulness.
Apart from Christ, we can do nothing, but when we abide in Him, we will bear much fruit and our lives will be prosperous.
Therefore, abiding in Christ is the key to unlocking a life of abundance. When we stay connected to Him, He nourishes us with His wisdom, guides us with His Spirit, and empowers us to make wise decisions that lead to prosperity.
However, to abide in him, and unlock this life of prosperity, you must make spending time with Him a daily habit. Spend time in prayer, meditate on His Word, and listen for His voice.
As you do this daily, you will experience a life of abundance and prosperity, and walk in the confidence of His presence.
START-UP PRAYER
Father, in the name of Jesus,
I ask for grace to me to abide in You, staying connected to Your wisdom, guidance, and power. Help me to remain in alignment with you daily in prayers and in the study of the word in the name of Jesus.
PRAYER FOR A NATION
CHILE
Catholicism was disestablished as the state church in 1925, however its influence is still strong, and 70% of people identify with the faith. Despite this, only 13% of Catholics regularly attend mass, and the society is moving further from traditions of the past. Social mores in areas such as divorce and cohabitation are becoming increasingly liberal, while crime, drug abuse, and materialism are also on the rise.
PRAYER FOR THE NATION
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that more spiritual leaders will arise to disciple believers in a way that pleases You, in Jesus Name.
PRAYER FOR THE LEADERS
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that those in authority will be grounded in Your Word, that their policies and plans may align with Your will for them in Jesus Name.
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
Father, we ask that Your Hand will rest mightily upon the leaders in Israel, that they may boldly declare Yeshua as the only way to You in Jesus Name.
PRAYER FOR UNITY IN THE CHURCH
Father, we ask that you synchronize the heart of every believer and unify our spirits to receive and submit to Your vision for us in Jesus Name.
PRAYER FOR SOULS / REVIVAL
Father, we pray that every lie planted in the minds of the unsaved, in yielding to the lustful desires of the flesh be removed in Jesus name.
