PRIORITIZE SELF-CARE

Self-care involves maintaining balance in every area of life. Take care of your body through rest, nutrition, and exercise (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

Audio Version

  • 3 John 1:2 -“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” God desires for you to be whole—spirit, soul, and body. However, many believers focus on spiritual growth while neglecting their physical and emotional well-being. Our opening scripture shows that prosperity is not just financial; it includes good health and overall well-being.

Self-care involves maintaining balance in every area of life. Take care of your body through rest, nutrition, and exercise (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Nurture your soul by feeding on God’s Word, renewing your mind, and managing stress (Philippians 4:8). Strengthen your spirit by spending time in God’s presence. When you care for yourself, you function at your best, fulfilling your God-given purpose with strength and Joy.

Decide today to find time to rest, refresh, and refuel. A healthy body and a renewed mind enable you to walk fully in God’s plan. Hallelujah!

    START UP PRAYER

Father, in the name of Jesus, thank You for Your desire for me to live in health. Help me to be intentional about my well-being, that I may serve You and others with strength and joy, in Jesus name.

    PRAYER FOR A NATION

    COTE D’IVOIRE

Côte d’Ivoire is largely split between its primarily Muslim north and Christian south, with approximately 41% claiming Islam and 33% Christianity. Even so, syncretism of Christianity with traditional African beliefs continues to be widespread and detrimental to the Church. Due to the cost of books and Biblical resources, theological materials are limited. A solid understanding of Scripture is greatly needed throughout the Church in Côte d’Ivoire and among its leaders and Pastors.

    PRAYER FOR THE NATION

Father, we ask that You would bring unity and reconciliation to Côte d’Ivoire, that the nation may be healed from past wounds and divisions, in Jesus name.

    PRAYER FOR LEADERS

Oh Lord, we ask that You would give the leaders of Côte d’Ivoire a heart of compassion and empathy, that they may serve the people with kindness and humility
